Responsibilities
Responsible for the promotion and sales of products and services. Reports to the CEO. Must be able to maintain, enhance and develop key customer relationships.Expands presence in the marketplace through effective sales and marketing activities. Leads, manages, and develops direct reports to strengthen customer and vendor relationships. Develops and maintains relationships with strategic vendors supporting the territory and/or business segment. Demonstrates effective use of available corporate support/resources to maximize opportunities within the territory or business segment. Directs the monitoring of customer contract compliance as required in the business segment or territory. Evaluates competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives and provides feedback. Makes planned visits to established accounts with the Territory Managers. Represents company at local professional events and trade shows. Delivers all communication, administrative and developmental requirements for the organization..
Qualifications
A four-year college degree and two years of relevant management experience; or two years of college (48 credit hours) and four years of management experience; or eight or more years of relevant management experience. Previous experience with managment of 20 or more direct reports preferred
