Kelvin Ray Min Wu, CEO, has over 20 years diverse IT experiences including manufacturing, accounting, human resources and real estates.  He is an expert in databases, forms and Internet development. He started his IT career about 20 years ago as a Programmer/Analyst and has recent experience at Director and Vice-President levels in IT departments of Internet companies, plus some consulting years.  His education qualifications include a  MS degree in Computer/Management Science and a BS (Maths) from University of London, England. Certifications in networking include CNA and CNE. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker, which requires college level courses in real estate, finance, law and economics for licensing.  His electronic form experience results from heavy forms usage in real estate transactions.
